Learn mindfulness strategies to reduce stress and anxiety. Mindfulness allows us to work with whatever happens as it happens – stopping those stressful thoughts before they derail your mind, your health and your day. 30-minute guided meditation with time for Q & A afterwards. You’ll leave feeling more balanced and centered, with new tools for mindful living. Taught by a certified mindfulness instructor. Cushions and yoga mats are available on-site but bring your own if you can.
The class will also be available virtually on Zoom. A link is provided in the confirmation e-mail when you sign-up for a class.
First class is always free of charge. Suggested donation $15 afterwards.
