Learn to manage stress better! Thousands of scientific studies show that mindfulness and meditation have great benefits. Stress and anxiety reduction, improve sleep and focus, and increase memory and brain health. Anyone can do it once you learn how. You can expect a short talk introducing you to mindfulness techniques, followed by a meditation with time for Q & A afterwards. All classes are taught by a certified mindfulness instructor.
