Drop-in Mindfulness Meditation

You can expect to learn mindfulness strategies to reduce stress and improve your quality of life, followed by a 30-minute meditation with time for Q & A afterwards. You’ll leave feeling more balanced and centered, with new tools for mindful living. Taught by a certified mindfulness instructor. Cushions and yoga mats are available on-site but bring your own if you can.

The class will also be available virtually on Zoom. A link is provided in the confirmation e-mail when you sign-up for a class.

Classes are freely given on a sliding scale. Suggested donation $15.
